Cancelling an Order

Before Your Order Is Shipped

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If cancellation is successful, any eligible payment already received will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait until it arrives and then request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

United Kingdom Consumer Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, UK customers purchasing eligible goods online may have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits any consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

KiTechHome may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including if:

• A product is unavailable

• There is an obvious pricing or listing error

• Payment cannot be authorized

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

• We are unable to fulfil the order

• The order violates applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.
