• In its original packaging where reasonably possible

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@kitechome.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos or video showing the issue where appropriate

• Photos of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible products may be returned within our 30-day return period.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Any original expedited or premium shipping charges may not be refundable where permitted by law.

United Kingdom and European Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply to an online purchase, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within the legally required cancellation period without giving a reason.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, size, model, or version, please contact us.
